Laughing Sage Creative Services was founded in 1996 for the purpose of providing support and development services in the areas of Audio, Video, Music and Multimedia Production.

In that spirit, Laughing Sage joined with Echelon Entertainment to produce Plutonian Shore's debut album, Arcana, which represents the highest standards of musical craftsmanship and quality production.
