Michael Sloan has a prolific career in writing and producing for television. In addition to Executive Producing and writing for Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, Michael Sloan is also well known as the creator and Executive Producer of the hit `80's T.V. series, The Equalizer, starring Edward Woodward and Robert Lansing.
Michael Sloan has written for many T.V. shows over the years, including episodes of Call Of The Wild, Baywatch, Baywatch Nights, Pacific Blue, La Femme Nikita, The Outer Limits (`90's series), Alfred Hitchcock Presents (`80's series), the original Battlestar: Galactica series, B.J. And The Bear, the original Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries, Sword Of Justice, Harry O, McCloud and Columbo.
As a T.V. series producer, he worked on such shows as The Outer Limits (`90's series - producer), the original Battlestar: Galactica series (producer), Quincy, M.E. (associate producer) and The Hardy Boys (supervising producer). Michael was also the series creator and Executive Producer of T.V.'s The Master, starring Lee Van Cleef, Timothy Van Patten and Sho Kosugi.
Michael has also scripted and produced many made-for-T.V. movies, such as Mystery Woman (writer/Co-Executive Producer), Earthquake In New York (writer/Executive Producer), The Return Of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (writer/Executive Producer), The Return Of The Six Million Dollar Man And The Bionic Woman (writer/Executive Producer), Bionic Showdown: The Six Million Dollar Man And The Bionic Woman (writer/Executive Producer), Riviera (writer/Executive Producer), The Return Of Sam McCloud (writer/Executive Producer) and the 1978 mini-series, Evening In Byzantium (writer/supervising producer).
Michael Sloan has two children with his wife, actress Melissa Sue Anderson (T.V.'s Little House On The Prairie).
